Make sure you visit https://henricoschools.us/registration/prior to your appt as the process can start online.   

In order to complete your child’s registration, you will need to email, fax or make an appointment and hand deliver the items marked on the list below as soon as you complete the online enrollment. Your child will NOT be able to begin school until the registrar has received all of the documents below along with completed enrollment forms.

x A current lease or mortgage statement or deed or tax assessment in your name
x A current utility bill in your name (dated within the past 30 days)
x A current photo ID of you
x Your child’s Birth Certificate
x An up-to-date record of your child’s Immunization record (signed & dated by a qualified U.S. licensed health-care provider) with TDAP booster
  (if applicable) A notarized Address Affidavit (please see attached memo and list of verification documents required with the Address Affidavit)
  (if applicable) current custody documents
