Our House Leaders choose Swap Day for our next spirit day which is this Friday! Teachers will dress like students and students will dress like teachers. The house with the most participation will earn points!

So much science happened in fifth grade this past week! Students designed their own cars and investigated the effects of friction. They learned the fabric ramp allowed the car to travel the shortest distance in comparison to the foil and sandpaper. Great work scientists!

Fifth graders used the Dash robot with Mrs.Raonaq to conduct an investigation to test the time it took him to get to 100 cm depending on his speed. We had so much fun learning about force, motion, and speed.
So proud of our first graders for trying Book Creator for the first time! There was lots of excitement and they can't wait to add what they will research next week about their animal to their book.
